Return and refund policy

Time limit:

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French "Code de la Consommation", each Customer has fourteen (14) days to exercise his/her right of retraction regarding a product.This period shall run from the date of receipt of the Products by the Client, it being specified that the date of receipt of the Products shall not be included in this period, and that in the case of an Order consisting of several products delivered in bulk, the period shall run from the date of receipt of the last product in the same Sales Order.However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchasesGoods made at your request or clearly personalized whose manufacture requires particular adaptations to meet very precise technical and aesthetic requirements (for example, furniture or clothing made to measure). The choice of options (color, finish...) in the ranges of standard elements proposed by the professional does not sufficiently modify the nature or the destination of the goods, to make them clearly personal. (Article L221-28) We would like to draw your attention to the fact that selecting a brand, a model, a year, as well as the glossy or matte finish is considered as a personalization. All our products kit deco or stickers are made at your request.

Terms and conditions:

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Consumer Customer must send to the Seller, before the expiry of the deadline, the withdrawal form transmitted at the time of delivery or available in Annex 1 below by e-mail to the address contact@kutvek.com or by post: KUTVEK KIT GRAPHIK ZA Pont De Vaux Est 01190 Saint Bénigne The returned Product must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the original invoice. The Consumer Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the products. The return is not covered by the company KUTVEK KIT GRAPHIK.

Terms of refund:

The seller shall reimburse the customer for all sums paid for the returned product, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days following the date on which it is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. The responsibility of the Customer will be engaged in case of depreciation of the returned products resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good working order of these Products. In such a case, the seller may reduce the amount to be reimbursed to the customer accordingly.

No right of withdrawal:

By derogation to the previous stipulations and in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: - With regard to Customized Products - With regard to consumable products, fasteners and glues, solvents - If the products are removed from their original packaging and fasteners. The product must not have been installed. Customers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs. This withdrawal period does not apply to personalized Products. Customized Products will not be returned, exchanged or refunded from the date of the order.No refund, even partial, shall be made in the event of cancellation of the Order after the aforementioned period. The order will be shipped to the Customer.
